Over Heating

I bought a 1994 318i, I got a good deal on the car, 98,000. miles and super clean. I got a deal on it because it had a bad head gasket. Break down the engine to replace the head gasket, the Heads cracked # 2 cylinder. I have the head repaired, all new gaskets, runs great, but over heats. I have been bleeding it still gets hot. New Thremostat, Radiator was cleaned and boiled out. heated is not getting hot, electric fan comes on with A/C but not on with hi temp, Help please...
