cheapest way is to swap the springs, but then it will be uncomfortable and your shocks might suffer and wear out quicker

Sorry for the late bump but...
Pull out the rubber spring pads. Put in some plastic sheeting to seperate the spring from strut. In the back I cut the one with the bump stop so I could retain the bump stop.
Will lower the car 1/2 - 3/4 an inch or so.
