One of my Facebook friends posted this photo... that Dealer is on freaking Crack... there are many Way more special limited run cars that weren't marked up that much... this mark up is stupid... if this dealership actually thinks someone is dumb enough to pay that, well...

Whatever the market will bear. If there's an idiot willing to pay that markup then more power to the dealer.

Every US dealer gets 3 (there are about 350 US dealers). Deliveries are normally one in June, one in July and one in August.
Almost all are sold, so if you really really really want one, offer him $10.000 over sticker price and it should be yours...
