The stamp tool in PS was used to get those results. As to how it's done, I'm not sure, srry.

It's not easy from what I hear and it will take quite a bit of time/effort. Perhaps Febi could do us a big favor and do a photoshoot. I thought he promised us some additional pics after that teaser a month or two ago
