For sale again, $3000

Selling my 1991 BMW 318i convertible. Sigh. I love this car, but it needs more lovin' than I have time for. "It's not you, baby bimmer, it's me."

This is a fun little lady, e30 body with an m42 engine (4 banger, gets ridiculous mileage). The body is straight and true but needs paint. The interior is good, but with a cracked dash (which anyone interested in this car knows is typical for all e30s at this point in time). The engine pulls solidly, but has a coolant leak (which I am hoping to address tonight if I have time... sigh) and an issue with the battery, which I'm guessing is just that I need to replace the battery. I've been using her as my daily since last April. Differential went bad and has been replaced. Tires are good. Has an after market stereo. The top is fine, not perfect, but fine.

Really, I won't push too hard in this posting. Anyone interested already has some questions, and anyone not interested just doesn't want an e30 vert. That's fine. She's for enthusiats, not for someone just looking for an a-to-b transporter. So if you're interested, give me a call or email. Questions? Same thing. I'm available.

FYI, I did briefly have her up for sale last fall when the diff was shot, but I got cold feet. Sometimes saying goodbye is just too hard. This time it's for real, though. I'll miss her, but I need to move on. Sigh.

Your last post was moderated, so I approved it.  I'll head over and delete the new thread with the same content if that's OK with you.

Sorry to see that you're selling, but it sounds like you've really thought it over.  Good luck with the sale!
