ok wires part 2

got everything under the dash reconnected and functioning then found out they also cut couple things under hood and fusible link poped in trunk things cut under the hood were the alarm siren and some relay or something on long lead out of battery block area this one is the problem i do not know what its for black square relay looking thing on about 4 ft lead out of hole where battery connection plate is on passenger side firewall has 2 large wires one green and 1 red where the hell does it go?
cannot get stomp code.....

thoughts.....some sort of kill switch??

Seems likely that it's a part of the anti-theft system.  I'd do a continuity test on the small positive wire off the battery (the part after the fusible link) to ground.  Keep looking until you find the short.  That takes direct power off the battery to power the DME...any shorts there can cause a fire.

ok so all wires to ghether neatly no alarm stuff at all anymore car cranks solid but no start check engine light comes on in acc position then off in run inspection comes on randomly everything else in car works lights radio etc replaced cam pos and crank pos no start dont hear pump could i have hooked ecu power to wrong place on battery block under hood? no codes when turn to on position and do stomp test nothing flashes...any ideas???(edit)found large black wire comeing from engine harness out of retangle rubber part by firewall wire was battery size and cut tapped it into cable i have running to starter still nothing when not hooked to anything it has current what is this lagre wire for???

E30 or E36?  Could you please use punctuation in your posts?  It makes it much easier to read, I bet you'll get more people responding to your problem.
