Pretty. Looks like a fairly good deal if it has some decent records from adequate dealer/reputable BMW independent mechanic. I'd recommend that you talk to his mechanic and have a through inspection done. Get a leak-down test too. If you decide to buy the car you'll have a good list of what needs done.
I'd also verify that all the trouble spots have been covered. Not only the usual e30 issues like rust (windshield seal lower corners, frame rail, trunk lip, trunk pockets) but also leaky P/S rack & pump, A/C system (working? converted to r134?), front & rear suspension bushings, gauge cluster & SI board...but the M42-specific troubles like the differential, profile gasket, oil gaskets, upper oil pan bolts, timing chain guides and cam sprockets, and maintenance such as BMW coolant, synthetic motor oil, lots of stamps in the service manual, etc.
You're aware that the car is over twenty years old, and that things will start going wrong with it as soon as you get the keys, right? You have a decent set of tools and space to work on the car? Good spare parts source/salvage yard? If you're ready for all that, it'll be a great car to spend time with. Mine just flipped 278k miles and she's still going strong. This is a special car, BMW will never build one like it again.
