Hey, I resemble that remark!:D

I did find a crank closer to home, but I'll be needing one farther down the road. How is the thrust bearing surface on this crank? Also interested in crank/cam sensors and temp sending units.

I've not taken out the crank yet but I will do that as soon as possible.  May be during the next week.  I'll touch base with you then.  Thanks!

Do you still have the hub from the front of the crank? How much shipped to 27513?

Thanks,

Hello

Thanks for the replies.  Email is the best way to contact me as I don't visit this site every day.  dunnybaby69 (at) yahoo.com

At any rate, yes I still have the head and I'm at $100 shipped firm.

I'll have to check on the hub.  I'll PM you

I'm not sure if it works or not, but $20 + shipping sounds good. I get a shipping quote and get back with you

The bare head is available again - it didn't work for the buyer as it was from the wrong year ('91 and he needed a '94).  Please let me know if you are interested and it will ship directly from AzNVi3t2007....he ended up finding a '94 head locally after the one he bought from me didn't work.

What is the serial number on the head? I'm definitely interested...did either you or the buyer have it pressure tested recently?

Check with AzNVi3t2007 - I never took down the serial number, but I know for a fact it came from a '91 M42 powered 318i sedan (which I currently drive).  I had it cleaned and checked for straightness (which it was fine) but never pressure tested....AzNVi3t2007 had it into a shop but I don't know what was done.  Message him and find out...I'm just trying to help him sell it since it didn't work out for his application :)
