It seems to be #7 in the pic, but IDK... its just loose, I plan on doing the mess under the intake when I have time... will this remove that plate#7?

it is loose because #8 is missing, and yes it will remove it

and that plate is just part of the throttle body heating element/system

Does anyone know what this vacuum leak could be coming from, or is it evena vac leak? Any insight at all?
