I have a 1991 318is that I'm looking to potentially get rid of.

I am the 4th owner. Originally a NE car, but came to CA after a year.
No rust.
Mileage: 225,000 but the m42 is solid.
White on black, with the perforated black interior. Small tear on bottom drivers left bolster.
Black Headliner.
Crack free dash.
Car leaks a bit of oil, but it comes with a complete head gasket set.
Just passed smog August 21st, 2010 with flying colors.
Cat replaced in the past week as well.
Only rust is that shown on the dent in the rear, which is fixable.
I have the original window sticker and manuals.
Mods:
Supersprint exhaust
Euro smilies(uninstalled)
Is' lip(uninstalled), comes with clips and Ryan G splitter
Re-done cluster(just "bling"), but everything works fine, trip and odometer.
M-tech 1 wheel in decent shape
Older alpine head unit.
Lowered, will need to check on what.
I have the original airbag wheel with air bag.
Also included is clean set of fogs, and switch for fogs.
Maintenance:
Records of almost all previous maintenance going back to the 90's.
Replaced sunroof crank with new oem.
Comes with all new head gasket set, and belts.
Replaced the timing chain tensioner in December of last year.
New tail light gaskets.
Things that need fixing: Power steering is leaking, and there's a leak somewhere. It doesn't lose oil much, but I have a new power steering reservoir and hose, so that should fix that.
Had the front passenger side fender replaced a while ago(before I owned it), but I don't feel that numbers matching is that important, considering how straight the chassis is.
I have a 2" deep folder full of invoices of the cars history.
These past two pictures are just to get an idea that the body is straight, although I will get more passenger side pictures up since I just realized all of mine are of the driver's side

Reason for sale is that I'm looking for something that I can abuse and not feel bad about, and on a chassis as clean as this I don't feel right doing it.
Willing to sell if you are a serious buyer(READ: cash in hand).
I'm asking for $4,000. It might be far fetched but we'll see.
I feel my asking price would be fair. Don't be afraid to tell me my asking price is insane, I just prefer you do it via PM.
It has never given me a problem and seen a few road trips, and some forum members can attest to the car being clean.
