Hoses under intake

hi guys
can someone please identify the hoses that are under the intake manifold of the m42. im pulling it all apart and i wanted to know what they did. it seems to wind from the rocker cover, to the block, to the throttle body, to the intake pipe, to the heater plate and to a cylinder like device at the back of the intake manifold. some parts of the hose have oil, some have coolant which confuses the shit outer me.
