New member and need advice on my m42
« on: July 20, 2010, 04:37:35 PM »
Hello I've just joined and have been looking through site and found it very interesting, though im not lazy but can anyone point me in the right direction to a good right up on a supercharger installation.

I have a 1990 318IS and want to fit a M45 eaton supercharger to its, before i plough into it I could do with some 'preventive' advice from people who have done this, also constructive advice.

I i am not an expert at this but have worked out some things from this sites, books and my own experience.

I am an engineer and a qualified pattern/tool makes so fabrication isn't a problem, i am just looking for a point in the right direction.

Any advice, links to threads, websites and books would be highly useful!!!

Many thanks Denzil

^ Appletree on E30zone.net forums has a comprehensive build thread on the Eaton 45. He now uses a Rotrex though. E30Zone also has over 40,000 people registerd ^
