Engine mods are unrestricted as is everything else. They are suspension Nazis though. But there are no emissions regs or smog tests here. Way better for modding as opposed to CA. However there is nowhere to use the power on this island. The cops are horrible, the rods are shitty and there is no track.

Thats possibly the silliest thing I have ever heard.
You go buy JE S52 pistons and then cheap out and weld and grind your old crank.
And even at that, your only planning on getting what an M44 crank will give you out of the box?!?


Suppose, I can't really talk though considering my M47 crank was free inside a complete engine that just got burned a little when the cat went on fire:p
