Does anyone have a step by step guide to breaking down the seats so I can get them re trimmed :D

I think its in there, its just brief.  It looks like after you've removed the center cushion, there are some hog rings you'll need to cut that secure the bolster material to the seat.  then there are some hooks you'll have to bend back to release the other side of the material.  This part of the instructions are about 3/4 of the way down on that post I linked to.
