What fuel octane are you going to use? depending on what performance tune you have and if your willing to run race gas you can pull more power with a reworked tune

If you buy a drilled rotors kit you will a have less mass to spin thus making you a little quicker

I've got a reasonably priced cam guy and a set of S50 Euro ITB's for sale if you want to go that route. The cam guy is John Dougherty of dougherty racing camshafts at drcamshafts.com I paid $330ish ship to and from including the regrind. He is in California outside of Sacramento. I also have a set of OE cams is you want to buy them and send those out so your car isn't down for a week or two while the job is being done.

Almost forgot, if you go with ITB's and eliminate your AFM, you'll need an Alpha-N controller or stand-alone. They are both around the same price and you'll get more benefit from the stand-alone. BMWConnect may have another way around that since he does DME programming. And it may be cheaper, so you'll have to check with him.
