yous guys are gonna be free from me for a couple of days. im going under the knife tomorow morning at 935am to have a torn rotator cuff repaired. see ya in a couple days.

Good Luck, I had bankart surgery at the begining of the summer and could not use my left arm for anything but p.t. for 12 weeks and the first few were painful
