any1 know how do go about doing this without jacking it up meaning denting and bending up the shadowline trim.  im in need of removing mine and replacing since its all dinged up.  what tools would i need and is there a diy on them?

also is the area behind the door removable?  i also have some dents in that area.  i circled that part in z31maniac pic.  thanks for the help in advance
