ok, understood. given that the m42 has adjustable cam sprockets this invalidates my idea.
mentioned this on r3v earlier tonight- vw and nissan 16v guys have bought a "sport" cam for the intake and then swapped the intake cam over to the other side because it was hotter than the exhaust cam.
looks like this idea's a no-go for us, but i thought it worth investigating.
delta regrinds it is (after i get more weight reduction done), i'm sure the ITBs will love them
