Split Second ARC2

any one have any opinions on this it looks like it requires the least amount of fiddling out of all my options. I do not know much and will most likely hand it to a shop im trying the find the most plug and play tuning solution while not compromising anything.
id prefer a chip any day but it does not look like its an option without an eprom reader.
