Hey guys.  I am hoping to put together a BMW overnight event after Christmas.  Probably around March or April 2007.  I intend to have a Show-Shine, Tech Sessions and vendor "installs."  Would also have a drive, maybe to the beach.

So far its only in the plannig stages.  IF this goes off would there be some
M42club members that would consider attending?  I would suggest those that can consider a group meet and take the autotrain.

Thought I would get this poll rolling.

I would probably be up for it....Just don't make it around the same time as the IRL race in Homestead.....That is usually around the end of March...

Not too far for me, but if we're going to Florida, lets meet near the water please!  :)

The beach is about 45 min to the east or 1hr 20 to the west.  If I can pull this meet off I would include a beach drive as an event.  Remember the water would be cold at that time of year to locals.

Hell, why not.  It is my last semester of college...D is for diploma (jk).  More like C's get degrees.  If I can get the $$$ saved I think I could be down for a road trip.

I hope to make this a grand event.  maybe you could buy another one and let me drive it when you are back in PR!!!!!!!

LOL, yeah that will happen!:D

If all goes according to plan there will be vendors and tech sessions so even with no ride you will want to be there.

I recently joined the forum and obviously live in FL. I would definitely be interested in a meet and I am sure there would be a few from the Unofficial BMW Forum that would like to go.

FL318is, where are you located? Gainesville

I am in Orlando.  New to the 318iS!  Excellent to hear they would be others.  Working on a BIG meet in early 2007.  If not possible to do an overnight meet than I can always organize a day meet.  Will keep you posted!
