I need a picture or any other forms of diagram of the vacuum lines under the intake manifold. there is a plastic pipe coming out of the block and it goes to a 3 or 4 way splitter hose. I do not remember how it all went together.

I used this oem link

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=AF93&mospid=47305&btnr=11_1272&hg=11&fg=35

the images are not to scale.  I laid my hoses out and test fitted befoore install.  That really helped paint the pic.  Its a tight fit, have fun.

I too am in the process of putting it all back together and that diagram is missing some elements... the 2 3-way hose junctions, it doesnt show where those 2 opening are supposed to link to???

Clay,

Where do you get this 3 dimensional thinking from?  Great stuff!  I used your bushing INSERTER.  More great stuff!

Anyway, achtung Clay has it going on!  If I can help let me know!

The diagram is from somebody else that posted it here or R3V. I saved it. The "special tools" however, are  for us "special" people. Those allthread thingies I've seen since I was a kid.

Clay,

Thank you.  Your help and tools, spot on!  Wait until I post the documentary on what happening.  You will cry, you will laugh  and you will celebrate.  My bushing removal was a monumental PITA!!!!!!

BUT,  today there was much spirited driving.
