1st factor was the price,it's 8 or maybe 10 times cheaper then lets say 666 one and I'm pretty sure that can handle 300 hp with no problems. And for the fitment ,I used 2 sets of exhaust gaskets cos with just one the turbo flange it would be to close to the valve cover, mostly to the valve cover gasket which is from rubber so...As long as I'll use this engine I gonna keep the manifold.I'm thinking about a m50 turbo and 80% I might use the same model of manifold,I don't think that it's that bad.

love your step by step pics, brilliant workmanship.

Have you thought about putting some fins on your copper oil exit pipe coming from your turbo, to kind of compensate for the added oil heat? How does your car perform after the new install?

Thanks man.It crossed my mind but I was thinking more to use some how water ,cos it's easy to work with copper,it's easy to solder it ,but I don't think it's really necessary. My car runs very well at 10 psi,but I really need a bigger turbo ,this one it's to small, chocks my engine ,if with this one I can run 10psi ,I'm thinking that I'll be able to run maybe 1-2 more psi with a bigger one,the engine it's bone stock.

my engine is absolute stock m42 aswell, which makes this 11 to 12 boost REALLY interesting cause i haven't seen anyone do it yet. it's probably been done, but i don't know if it's been done on a stock motor. keep us updated

I have an emanage blue with the spark & injector harness and map options (Got tired of my crappy SAFC-II). Mind sharing a wiring write up with me. I think it would be highly beneficial for everyone.
