Hi guys.
To cut a long story short after taking my engine apart to replace the chain runners etc my car is still making a really nasty noise. (Even after fitting a new tensioner). I have found that the chain is stretched and touching on a bolt & washer - exactly where number 7 is on this diagram.

I therefore need to replace the chain along with both the cam pulleys (4), idler pulley (11) and bottom pulley (2).
Everything unbolts fairly easily, the outer bottom pulley came off after a while BUT I have heard some horror stories about taking the bottom chain pulley off - number 2.
Has anyone done this before and how?
Some people say it unbolts fairly easily then others say that its a bastard to get off. If I can't get this pulley off then theres no point ordering & replacing the chain or any other components.
HELP!
