I have replaced SI batteries, and reflowed all the solder joints on the SI board, and back of speedometer. No avail, the speedometer will not work on acceleration, only after I release the gas.

Sounds like when the torque changes, there might be a loose wire/connection that is pulling loose. Have you checked the wires going back to the Diff housing and the sensor clip back there?
