Sachs Boge vs KYB also?
« on: May 07, 2008, 05:56:52 PM »
So how do these stack up? Sachs are more expensive so I'd assume they'd be built a little better. I plan on doing HR Sport at the most aggressive. If i do anything else it'd be Spec E30 set up

IIRC with the spec e30, you can only use Bilstein sports. That said, if you are going to lower the car, KYB and Sachs/Boge are not shortened as Bilstein sports are. I've had both and the KYB's are firmer than the Sachs/Boge but I don't know if one is built better than the other.

Yeah, what I meant was if I changed anything in the future it'd be switching everything out to HR race and B-sports.

so the KYBs are stiffer? I've seen some use KYB with HR sports and said it was ok.
