On the interior I use E30 convertible seats.
You are able to sit a little lower in them.
It was alot of work to refreshen the leather, as the rest of the car.
The seats were worn out. It might not be perfect, but Iam happy with the result.
Same goes for the E30 M3 backseat.
Leather was going off the seat at points. A good friend of my dad is a tailor, he helped me out to fix the backseat.

I did not like they grey floor before, so I painted the floor black.
The headliner is black by stock.
Car had a Momosportswheel, which I replaced with an Mtech2 with new leather.
These were the majorthings. Other stuff is just minor.

Mounted the RS on the car, with new tires.
Tires are 205/55 on front, 225/50 on rear.

Those polished (chromed?) rims look so right on your car. What size are they (diameter X width?). Did you have to roll the fenders?

Wheels are BBS RS 001 for the front. 15x7 ET 25.
BBS RS 071 for the rear. 15x8 ET 18.
Not using spacers.
I think rear fenders are a bit rolled, since of the old 17'' wheels.
Wheels are fully high gloss compressed.

I changed some bearings of the rear axle.
And I also changed the O2 sensor in the exhaust pipe for a new one, was really hard to get the old one out, but I managed it without destroying the thread.
Powerflex bearings in:

Range of spring limiter in because of the new wheels:

You did a great job on the restoration! Is that the Mtech 2 wheel from R3V, is it brand new or did you have it wrapped?

Nothing beats a freshly rebuilt M42, It totally transforms the car.

Thanks!

The wheel is an old Mtech II, not a new one.
Its just got new leather and so on, like you said.
Bought it from a member in a german E30 board, so its not from R3v.
