Up here in Canuckistan, I can't find Loctite brand anti-seize at Canadian Tire, Part Source, NAPA, and a few small indy shops. I can, however, find Permatex threadlocker ("medium" strength) in blue, red, etc.

Is it the same thing? Will use for spark plugs.

Anti-seize and threadlocker are exact OPPISITES...

Ok, so the Loctite Blue line isn't anti-seize then, but threadlocker, and that's a no-no on the ol' sparkplugs then...

The Permatex line looks exactly like the Loctite line... what would be the Loctite anti-seize I should use on my spark plugs?

Screw it. I bought the f'n torque wrench, might as well use it:

Always use a torque wrench on these engines- most are pretty low and you can strip stuff like the valve cover bolts or intake manifold pretty easily...
