This started as a restoration project but I ended up buying a cleaner e30 to start with, so I have no need for this one anymore. The body is solid with a few minor dings/dents/scratches. Paint is in good shape, with a good wet sand and buff this car will definitely shine. 5spd sedan, it has 230k miles with 142k miles on the motor, new spark plugs, new coolant temp sensor, new temp gauge sensor, new oil pressure sensor, new oil pan gasket, new tstat, new water pump, and new rad hoses. The car runs and drives strong minus a slight sputtering after driving around for about 10mins which just could be a afm based on the codes it was showing when i did a stomp check. A muffler will need to be installed but i have a used one in good condition. Interior is pretty clean minus two 3in cracks on the dashboard by the passenger side and a torn driver seat. The rear driver side door doesn't open and the window switch doesn't work for it either. Hood doesn't close due to the spring breaking apart which is a easy fix, just haven't had the time to fix it because I'm too busy working on my current e30. This would be a great restoration project or candidate for a swap. Asking $2,000 obo

I'm looking for a rust free as possible e30 5spd. This will be a daily so it would have to be in good running condition. Looking to spend between $2k-$3k, prefer local. LMK guys

I checked those 6 bolts and none were loose.

Ok I'll def check that cause I heard about those bolts coming loose over time

I own a 91 e30 318i 4dr. Few days ago I notice the oil light was on under the cluster, at start up it doesn't come on but after running it for a few mins it comes on. I drive it and it goes away then comes back, so I replaced oil pressure sensor with a new one since it was the cheapest to start with. I also changed the oil with 10w-40(from what I read online alot of m42 owners are using, correct me if I'm wrong tho). I hear no knocking or any of that from the motor, it sounds healthy. I removed the oil cap and I see oil spitting around in there which tells me I have oil pressure no? Besides confirming if I have oil pressure with a pressure tester could it be possible that I may have an issue with the wiring? Or cluster?
