Hi, yes usually cars underneath are black and dirty. Since this i have run a few Km and it became dirty too lol
The chassis is realy good with AKG silent block and now the car has new Bilstein B8 suspension.
The stab bars are from origine because i love little roads and i don't want the car too rigid.

Hi, the chassis is completely finished (without the rear right caliper)

I took the stering rod on my old direction.
The stering hoses installation is OK.

New BMW Bellows and clamps

I pulled the hood, heated the engine and the line with it's necklaces and new silent blocs and purged the direction. Without this fucking seal the brakes honing would be done lol

This morning i dismount (again) the caliper because in the night I realized I had not removed the small piece of rubber inside.
It will cost me the price of the kit again but when i removed the seal it  had the same cut. When I handed the piston I did not force and neither the piston nor the chamber are not damaged so how does it happen?

Hi, Sunday I worked a little. The chassis is almost finished, almost because of two stupid bullshits.
The first, I broke a three screws so I will command a complete set tomorrow:

The second, will purging the brakes, a leak on the rear left and it's not the bleed screw. I'm good for another refection kit from BMW ^^

The good news: The steering rack is installed. This afternoon il will command the steering rod

3 nice picts

Hi, this afternoon I somehow worked :D

New Handbrake jaws
I spent some silicone on the hub to prevent oxidation

Z1 disks and M3 calipers monted
Again, silicone on the face in contact with the rim

New Anti roll bar silent bloc
Silicone between the silent bloc and the anti roll bar

APEX springs

Silicone again and again

It's nice with blue and pink, no ?

I pulled the straps that secure the motor. Tomorrow the car should be on its wheels

Finally I managed to bring the piston in. After 15 minutes I said I had nothing to lose by returning the seal and by miracle it happened almost without force, which would mean that there is indeed a mounting way of the seal.
As there is no place to spend the fingers I used a socket (which enters the piston) and an extension cord.
I took the opportunity to pass the cap of the bleeder screw and the four guides silicone like that they will nickels

Hi, my M42 takes 7.5K since 6 years without problem. Even with a reprog the Pmax is still at 6.4K.
You will have to change the oil carter to put it in your E30.
