Engine + Driveline / Horrible Bogging/idle issue

i have a 91 318is and it has had idling/running issues since i got it. I have put new spark plugs, wires, fuel pressure regulator, and O2 sensor. Then last week i did the "mess under the intake" vacuum hose delete and ive checked over my work a few time and have got it right. Now my car still has a rough idle and it bogs when i try to accelerate. I had the code run and it shot an O2 sensor code, which i have already replaced. My mechanic friend said its either a faulty O2 sensor, the fuel injectors, or an intake leak. I did remove the injectors in order to paint the manifold but they were all put back in correctly and plugged in.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
