thank you again for taking time to reply and keep us in the loop.

I'm glad to hear rama is going to modify the casting mold. it will make the kit more versatile (street, race, etc...)
I look forward the result of the dyno, before and after exhaust swap... that would definitely put numbers on a long time unanswered question.

stick with stock pistons if you want to boost later. you will just have to fit a thicker head gasket if you want to lower the compression ratio.
to decide if you have to fit new oversize pistons you first have to check cylinder bore: if they are too worn you'll have no choice but going oversize which means new pistons, otherwise and as long you don't want to increase displacement there is no reasons to fit new pistons.
I think that 29663 are H&R springs for 318is and 29664 for 325i.
