My newly acquired 318is' horn doesn't work. I have already checked the fuse and hear the relay clicking when I press the button. What/where else should I be checking to make my horn work properly? TIA.

Try another horn, see if that one works. :)

..test for current @ the horns. The wires and connectors rot out quickly. Yup - we have 2 horns

Check the horns themselves. It's a cheap replacement, and they sound pretty loud :D

Weak sauce.
Get an air-horn for it. A compressor & 15gal tank. Don't just scare other drivers, blow them off the road. You have to get the handle hanging from the ceiling though for it to be cool.

Thanks guys, I will check the horns themselves for power and rust/rot and let you know if I need an air-horn!

Don't get me started, i'm drooling already. I've been wanting to do this a long time now, but didn't get to it yet. :D
