Fuel Problems

Fuel Pump good
Fuel pressure good
No Vaccum Leaks
Fuel Filter 1yr old
Spark plugs look normal

Throwing O2 CEL Code and Holding Lean
Throwing Knock Pulse Test CEL

Basicly the car idles good but when you go and start driving it and put a light load on the motor it seems to hesitate and misfire but if you put it to the floor it seems to be ok

Any Idea's?

Air flow meter? ive seen lots of funny things happen when those go and it doesnt neccisarily have to throw a code for it to be kaput.

o2 bench test shows dead O2 sensor ... not sure why it would throw a knock code though
