How did you get that glow effect from the sun's glare on the hood/windshield?

its one of the filters on the free gimp program, "softglow". I hear it almost as good as PS but free.

Aaah Gimp...one of the engineering computer labs back in school had Unix systems in them and if I recall Gimp was on them. Haha I did some good not-paying attention with car pics lol.
