I got a spare I picked up from the local boneyard to play with. I'm down. I actually bought this stuff to experiment with. It's a textured black finnish stuff I bought from The Eastwood Co.

How do you apply the powder coat stuff? Doesn't it need to be electrostatically applied / vapor deposed to get on the part? And if you have the equipment for that, lol, I will be mailing my valve cover to YOU.

Actually, I don't, but one of my mechanic buddies does. It's an eastwood company kit. Kind of a cheapie powder coating kit. You hook it to a 9V battery or something.
I'll do mine and see how it comes out. If it works out well, I'll take on yours. ;)

lol , damn you and your CNC machine! i had to use a file for the ribs in my cover....
something you might want to think about is polishing up the ribs with some nice blue majic metal polish........ keep that nice bright shine on em
