i have checked everything...

also, i noticed that my brake booster is not functioning as i got no power brakes.

any of you 318i/s owners have this problem before?

code pulls up 1215 air flow meter, got another one, put it in, still no go.
also tried another idle control valve, also no go.

cat converter tests ok.

noticed the spark plugs are burned black.

could it be faulty injectors?

Start with all the vacuum hoses "under the intake" there is an thread of similar name that shows you the mess of hoses you will need to replace.

I did face the similar issues a short while ago and it turns out of be my throttle positioning sensor (I do not have OBC thus its impossible to check for fault codes).

I have also seen on youtube that a faulty O2 sensor will cause the same problem.

If you have check all your vaccum hoses etc and nothing works, you may want to take a look at these 2 places.

dude i don't wanna spend 100 bucks right away for an oxygen sensor unless i know for a fact that is the culprit.

i did however unplugged the oxygen sensor, and the same symptoms appeared. hopefully that rules it out.

already replaced the TPS and same symptoms.

i just have to look closely at the hoses now for a dam vaccum leak.
