This 318is has only 46,000km and didnt make reserve on ebay Australia. Highest bid was $16,875 -- in Australia 318is's usually sell for around $7,000 - $10,000.

OK, so the guy paid $590 each for his euroweaves two weeks ago?
Also, his main selling point is the low miles and showroom condition, but then he's got that expensive sound/video system that doesn't blend with the rest of the car.

"Rare Factory Option: smoked headlights" Really? I'm not hoisting the BS flag yet, but I was not aware that the factory would smoke your headlights for you. Hopefully someone more informed can set me straight on that one.

One other thing I just thought of. Slight possibility that this car has not had its profile gasket taken care of yet. Although he has the records, so it should be easy to verify.

Bottom line: Sounds like someone is trying to get their money back out of the car. I'd say it's worth more than the average is, but not that much more.

I was not aware that the factory would smoke your headlights for you.
My dad's car came with smoked tails from the factory... but It's a Porsche. ;)

Hi all, new over here, first post. In the market and have been for some time for a e30 318is. The car mentioned from memory was advertised some 2 months back for $11500.00au in exactly the same speck, wheels and all/ dam it!
