which do you use and where can I get it... i found one that goes up to 90... i need one for the m42 e30, but i can't seem to find one...

Doesn't exist. You can use the m10/m20 manual for suspension, brakes, tranny etc and use the e36 Bentley for m42 motor help.

so would the AC and Heating system be covered in the E36 manual?
and
interior trim, lights, controls, etc. would be in the E30 manual?

Everything that does not directly involve the engine= E30 manual
M42 specific things = E36 manual

haha im lucky- we got teh e36 years ago with the 328i family car and my bro has one for his e30...woot!
