I need help with a emanage

Hi guys,I need some help please,I want to use a emanage blue on my 318is but I have to set 3 rotary switches and I don't know how to set the last two of them for the air flow meter,does anybody know?.Thanks

What did you set your number of cylinders too? 3 or 4? For some reason I heard that you include the zero, maybe i'm an idiot.
