Whats up guys! Everytime I reconnect my battery terminals, the #28 fuse pops. Does anyone know what fuse #28 is. Would anyone have a clue on what this could or if someone had the same issue before. The last thing that I connected in the car was this black box underneath the steering section with 2 connectores going into it. By the way, my car is 91 318is. thanks
