Ultima GTR is finally done!!!...almost

Well, after like 5 years, here it is...almost done. it takes a fucking lot to build a car. We just need to get some professional to glue the windshield, windows, and headlight covers in, then it will be completely done.

there are a few pics i just took and one i took way back when

i just got done replacing the throttle cable because it had too much stretch, friction, and wasn't letting it reach full throttle on the carb. Then i put the seats and all that stuff in since i was done laying on my back under the dash. Its not titled or anything yet but I drove it up and down the driveway a few times and yes, its as fast as it looks

My dad used to be the Australian distributor for Ultima GTR... it was only available here as a turn-key for compliance reasons.

In Australia it ran a GT40 spec 5.0L Ford V8, and in the pipeline before he bailed out was compliancing the Chev LS1. What engine are you using?

The show car we had was absolutely gorgeous, deep blue paint with a blue and red leather interior. I'll see if I can dig up the photos.

its a 539hp small block 383

Damn, thats almost 200hp more powerful than the 5.0L engine, and that did 0-100km/h (0-60mph?) in under 4 secs...
