Check realoem.com for part number.Dealer might be able to order that fabric from Germany.

If the seats are the original the car was supplied with. Your dealer can lookup the fabric code. If you suply them with your VIN. And order the correct fabric for you.

Not sure about prices but here's a place that can supply OEM material for BMW's and also in pre-sewn kits. I go to a local trim shop. I've also found the same stuff in a salvage yard and taken a seat back as a source of material for the cushion.
