Fuse Issue?

Hey guys, I just bought myself a set of new Hellas off Bavauto and some PIAA Superwhite H4's. I have a problem though, my H1 high beam bulbs keep blowing the fuses. i put new ones in the other night and while driving, I turned them on and first the drivers side went off, then the passenger side. So I have a question: Should I upgrade to a larger fuse? Needless to say double checking the wiring is critical however if that doesn't work I just need to know what my options are. Thanks

I had to go to a 10amp. Wires don't get hot.
