i have seen people on here that have them or so i think dose anyone know were i can get one or if the ridger one will fit the factory

Not sure what you're asking.
BUT, the IS lip will accept the Ryan G Splitter.
The Reiger Lip is one unit that is similar in design to the IS lip, and this too will fit a Ryan G Splitter (correct me if I'm wrong here).
