You can download the full episodes of Eurosport's coverage. Its 20min per day of rallying sans commercials.

I had to resort to this when SpeedTV turned into NASCAR TV and dropped WRC which was the best thing they had. If you've never watched a rally, its the most exciting racing/driving you'll see IMHO.
