engine starting trouble

my engine has been difficulty starting lately. it doesnt always roar right up as it usually does. it has new spark plugs. and when it finally does start it sorta slowly coughs and then revs lower than it normally idles at. once its started though its just fine. any ideas on the problem?

Sounds almost like mine.
I wonder if the Ethanol has anything to do with it?

maybe the alternator is winding down. mine has a hard time at initial start up but after that it's fine.
