Where can I find the power steering reservoir (is that what you call it?)

I need to see if I need to add fluids. My steering makes whinning sound when I turn it

It's mounted kinda on the engine bay side of the driver's side shock tower, on a bracket. It's got a ZF on the top of the cap, and usually a red warning label around it that says "Use ATF Only".

I keep most of my PS fluid stored safely on the garage floor! :D
