Need steering rack, and ICV...

Been needing a steering rack for quite awhile.. I'm driving my power steering unit with no fluid right now.. not the best I know, but it works when you're broke.. :(
I would be interested in a manual unit, or a good sealed power unit.. possibly even an e36 unit if it's the right price..

Also looking for a good Idle Control Valve.. Had them priced up at around $140 bucks,, little steep for such a small piece lol figured I'd try here first,,
