no blower..... fuse blows instantly

parked at stl airport for 7 days. no blower when i started the car. The fuse was blown and blew the next one instantly. Everything else seems to be fine gauges etc.

Where should i start? resistor? Is there a relay for the blower in the fuse panel?

fuse 3 and 18 are blowing instantly. Thanks for the help
