I have a haltech E8 ecu thats about 2 months old. mint condition. Installed for 2 weeks and pulled. I also have a wiring harness for this system, and the computer cable for it. $1,400. If you would like the Haltech and all the pieces to get the haltech running on the E30 $1,700.

Haltech will come with all the necessary components to adapt to E30. i.e. 1 BAR MAP sensor, 3" Ferrari AFM (3 of them, I checked ebay and these are going for 195$), misc adapter plugs for AFM and map sensor and other plugs. Ignition amplifier with plugs. If its for an m42 i have an adapted stock harness i can include. I have a K&N cone intake filter thats brand new as well to include in this. price neg. for this stuff depending on whether you buy the Haltech or just want pieces of this.

Haltech/Innovate (innovate wide band system with haltechs name on it) wide band 02 sensor with controller and gauge. Gauge is black, and has a black ring and a chrome ring, both come with it. I have all the hardware and CD for this as well. SOLD

why did you ditch the E8? What management are you going to run now?

kowalski
10-24-2007, 06:53 PM
Its not that i'm ditching it, its that i'm in school and taking 3 courses over a full load so i barely have enough time for homework let alone building my motor.I'll do it again it like a year or 2, it wasn't that hard to get running, and its fairly easy to learn the software.

I'm pretty interested in the Haltech E8 system...but I have to finish parting my car out before I can buy more parts.

If you don't have a buyer for the Haltech by December, I'll probably take it.

How much for the AC components? Are they in working order?
What exactly do you need to build a 2.0 stroker? And what kind of numbers does one put down?

the a/c components all worked when i removed them, and were on the original recharge.

as for the stroker kit, what you NEED are a crank and pistons. you can choose to do more or choose to do less MM made around 190 hp i believe with theirs. I personally believe 190 should be easily attainable, and even more.

How much for 4 new coils? or how much for 4 used coils(hows the condition on them?)? And just to make sure (might sound stupid) are these for the E36 M42? or both use the same coils? lol anyways hope to hear from you soon because a year ago one went bad and then after trying to start the car over and over(not knowing what was keeping it from starting) killed all 4, and this happened a year ago..so i'm ready to get her running again!
